Fundació Privada Víctor Grifols i Lucas (the "Foundation") undertakes to protect the privacy of any users who access the website www.fundaciogrifols.org (the "Website"). The contents of the Website are owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the Foundation.
The user can browse and use the Website without having to provide any personal data. The Foundation will only have access to personal data which have been voluntarily supplied by users through the forms provided, or by contacting the Foundation by e-mail or through any other means provided on the Website. If users expressly consent the reception of newsletters, the Foundation will send them e-mails with information about activities organized and controlled in any way by the Foundation in the field of bioethics.
