The foundation is now a fully-fledged member of the EACME

This institution brings together more than 70 ethics and bioethics centers in Europe

The Víctor Grífols i Lucas Foundation has been accepted as a fully fledged member of the European Association of Centres of Medical Ethics (EACME), a pioneering European association, founded in 1986, that brings together more than 70 ethics and bioethics centers throughout Europe. The institution aims to act as a communications network between centers focused on research, teaching and the dissemination of bioethics in different countries and scientific and academic communities.

Throughout the year the association maintains constant interaction and collaboration between the academic institutions and each year it holds a meeting for all its centers, which is also open to all professionals interested in bioethics. In its last bulletin, it published a brief introduction to the Foundation for all members of the association.
