The Foundation and the UK's highly regarded Nuffield Council on Bioethics are organizing a seminar on ethical aspects of research with children, to take place on June 12. The event will be hosted by the Foundation and will be attended by around forty health professionals and experts, drawn from the fields of pediatric research and bioethics, from both Spain and the United Kingdom. The purpose of this private seminar is to present the document Children and clinical research: ethical issues, published by the Nuffield Council, and to generate debate on a number of topics, giving researchers from both countries a chance to share their perspectives.
