La séptima publicación de la fundación recopila los conflictos éticos causados por la gestión de los errores médicos. El análisis de esta gestión viene presentado por la ponencia del doctor Jaume Aubia, Vicepresidente del Col·legi de Metges de Barcelona con el título "Errores médicos: los sistemas de protección y sus paradojas" que complementa la visión jurídica ofrecida por el doctor Ricardo de Lorenzo, Presidente de la Asociación Española de Derecho Sanitario. Ambas visiones quedan matizadas con las aportaciones de distintos especialistas en la materia.
