null Institut Vapor del Fil de Barcelona per “Apocalipsi digital”

Created by fourth year ESO (secondary school) students, this project looks at ways to mitigate dehumanization in an increasingly digitalized world. First, a technology —whether existing, in development, or prospective— is examined in a group setting. This involves a study of how it operates and its potential impact on human beings.

Next, the distinctive attributes that make us human are identified, to determine which traits are essential for our continued recognition as humans. Students then explore the ways in which digitalization might shape or alter them.

Finally, using the four principles of bioethics, students are tasked with determining how these principles would be affected in each selected paradigmatic case.
