Matinee sessions on bioethics with "Me llamo Violeta"

March 19 in Palau-Solità i Plegamans

For the sixth year, the Víctor Grífols i Lucas Foundation will partner with the Catalan Academy of Cinema, the organization which represents professionals, technicians and creative workers in the cinema production sector in Catalonia.

As part of the Gaudí Cycle, designed to bring Catalan cinema to viewers in towns across Catalan, we have organized a cinema and debate session in Palau-Solità i Plegamans with students in secondary school, that will include a film that raises ethical questions to be discussed with children.

The film is "Me llamo Violeta", which tells the story of Ignacio who, at the age of six, tells his parents that he is a girl and the challenges she faces in her transit process. The screening will be followed by a debate with students led by Núria Terribas.
