Barcelona, 13 February 2014./ As the new transparency law makes its way through the Spanish Parliament, and in the context of ongoing public spending cuts, the Víctor Grífols i Lucas Foundation has published the paper Transparencia en el sistema sanitario público (Transparency in the public health system). The paper includes contributions from experts in this area, and represents an important contribution to a debate that is both topical and highly controversial.
