"Biotechnology and society" is the title of the winning project of the first prize in the first edition of the event in which ten educational institutions took part
Barcelona, December 17, 2014. Yesterday, in Palau Macaya in Barcelona, the Víctor Grífols i Lucas Foundation awarded the Ethics and Science Prizes aimed at recognizing educational institutions that foment sensitivity towards ethics and which encourage students to reflect on scientific issues. The Garbí Pere Vergés school in Esplugues was the educational institution that won the first prize consisting of 5,000 euros. The second and third prizes consisting of 2,500 and 1,000 euros, were awarded to the Escuela Solc Nou de Barcelona and to the Instituto El Cairat in Esparraguera, respectively.
